How do I download a video from a tweet on X?

Can I download GIFs from Twitter?
Yes. Twitter GIFs are actually short video files, so FlixDownload can download them as MP4. Just paste the tweet link that contains the GIF.
Does this work with both twitter.com and x.com links?
Yes. Both the old twitter.com links and the new x.com links work perfectly. You can paste either one and FlixDownload will handle it.
Can I download Twitter Spaces recordings?
If a Twitter Space was recorded and the recording is still available, you can paste the Space link and download the audio. Spaces that were not recorded or have expired cannot be downloaded.
What video quality can I get from Twitter downloads?
Twitter typically offers videos up to 1280x720 resolution. FlixDownload lets you pick from all available quality options, and the best choice is usually selected by default.
Can I download a video from a quoted tweet or retweet?
Yes, as long as the video is attached to the tweet you are linking to. Copy the direct link to the tweet that contains the video and paste it into FlixDownload.
Can I download videos from protected or private Twitter accounts?
No. FlixDownload can only access tweets from public accounts. If an account is private or protected, its content is not available for download.
Can I save just the audio from a Twitter video?

As long as the tweet is still live and public, you can download it. Once a tweet is deleted or the account is suspended, the video is no longer accessible.
